It’s been twenty-five long games since the Aldine Mustangs have last celebrated a football victory.
To make the situation even less prettier, the Aldine Mustangs got a new head coach last year in hopes to turn the program around but things didn’t go as expected as the team went winless in head coach Carl Semler’s first year as head coach.
Fast-forward to now and that drought has been killed as of Friday night after the Mustangs defeated the Sam Houston Tigers 41-27.

The latest update from Astros GM Dana Brown on the club's flagship station did not ease anyone's concerns this week. Brown said he was optimistic that Kyle Tucker would be back before September. September?
