This story from Spring Training would tend to show that knowing what pitch is coming, doesn't mean you can hit it.

What happens when PitchCom is so loud that the batter can hear what pitch is being called? Apparently, not much. The pitcher threw two scoreless innings and struck out two.

Media acts as though the Astros had a cheat code with the sign stealing scheme, but there's much more to it than just knowing what the pitcher is throwing.
