Former NFL GM reveals why Houston Texans must hire Sean Payton

Should the Houston Texans hire Sean Payton as their next head coach? Former NFL GM Mike Tannenbaum weighed in on ESPN Houston and said the Texans should absolutely try to bring in Payton, citing the success Bill Parcells had with the Jets in a short period of time. Which sparked a big debate on The Wheelhouse.
