Latest Yordan Alvarez news could create critical opportunity for these Astros players

Yordan Alvarez created a buzz on social media this Tuesday when it was revealed that he's not swinging currently due to some soreness in his hand. Yordan experienced hand discomfort last season, but many are now surprised that this issue is popping up again so early in spring training.

Yordan said he expects to be swinging in a few days, so that's good news.

But could this issue have been resolved in the offseason possibly with surgery, or is this something Alvarez will continue to deal with moving forward?
