The Rockets came up short on Saturday due to the Minnesota Timberwolves playing out of their minds. Houston still has the upper hand in the series, and are favored to win tonight's game. If the Rockets are able to get the win tonight and split these two road games with Minnesota, everything is still set up for them to close out the series in Houston on Wednesday night.
The Astros, fresh off a sweep of the White Sox, face the Angels tonight with Gerrit Cole making the start. And if there's one can't-miss game this week, it has to be Tuesday's matchup of Charlie Morton and Angels' phenom, Shohei Ohtani.
Astros baseball is right around the corner, and there are so many new intriguing storylines to follow with a revamped outfield and infield.
But one big change specifically has ESPN Houston's Del Olaleye even more excited about Astros baseball this season. What could that be, you ask? Jose Altuve playing left field for the first time in his pro career, of course!
Be sure to watch the video above as Del lays out why he'll be locked in to watch the Altuve experiment play out in left field for better or worse,
