One of the big decisions the Astros face this offseason is who will be their manager in 2024? At this point, we don't know if Dusty Baker is looking to come back for another season.
But we have seen reports that the Mets may have interest in hiring Astros bench coach Joe Espada. We've also heard from Ken Rosenthal that the Astros may have interest in hiring a coach from the Braves to manage the team next year, based on GM Dana Brown's history with Atlanta.
Rosenthal mentioned specifically Braves coaches Eric Young and Walt Weiss as potential candidates for the Astros.
