Here's why you probably owe at least one Houston Astros player an apology

The Houston Astros were on an epic run with their starting pitching until the Kansas City Royals came to town and roughed up Jake Odorizzi in his first start back with the Astros after returning from injury. Many fans and media quickly jumped on Odorizzi using that performance to justify removing him from the rotation, with some fans campaigning for him to be designated for assignment.

Clearly, that's looking like a bit of an overreaction, considering Luis Garcia and Cristian Javier both had disappointing outings against the Royals in consecutive days after Odorizzi.

Be sure to check out the video above as we discuss Odorizzi's perception with the fans, how the Astros should navigate their starting pitching moving forward, and if Odorizzi could be on the move before the trade deadline.
