Here's the issue with Stephen Silas' latest Houston Rockets rant

FAILURE TO LAUNCH

After two straight terrible losses to the Thunder and the Kings, Rockets head coach Stephen Silas buried the team's lack of effort during his post game press conference.

My question: where was this fire and brimstone earlier in the season? And if he's changing his coaching approach now, how will players take it? Will they find it authentic? You've got plenty of time left this season. It should be used to develop this team.

With good coaching or bad coaching, they're a lock for one of the worst 3 records in basketball and a 14% chance at the # 1 overall pick and potential superstar with Victor Wembanyana.
