How Davis Mills can prove he deserves the keys to the Houston Texans franchise
ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that the Texans are signing TE O.J. Howard.
A new target for Texans’ QB Davis Mills: https://t.co/fwwlHmmeMT

The 27-year-old TE will have plenty of opportunities to catch passes from Davis Mills. The Texans TE group isn't very strong overall.
Howard has 1,737 career receiving yards in his five years with Tampa Bay. OJ started his career with several good seasons, compiling over 400 yards per season his first 3 years in the league. But he hasn't been able to regain that form.
Hopefully a change of scenery and an increase in targets will get him back to that level, or more.
