MLB's new rules about relief pitchers could tax a thin Houston bullpen. The Astros bullpen should only be a short-term issue since closer Roberto Osuna should be ready to pitch soon. Also, when Jose Urquidy is able to join the team that will allow Houston's fifth starter to go back to a relief role. The newest member of the Houston Astros, José Abreu met with the media Tuesday and was asked about his dropoff in home runs last season with the White Sox. Abreu's home run numbers dropped from 30 to 15 over the past two seasons.
