COACHING SEARCH CONTINUES
Ian Rapoport is reporting that former Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis is expected to interview with the Texans. Lewis is currently the co-defensive coordinator at Arizona State working under head coach Herman Edwards. Lewis went 131-122 during his 16 seasons coaching the Cincinnati Bengals. The Texans have already interviewed Jim Caldwell this offseason, and several more candidates will likely be considered before the Texans make their hire. The Texans are also looking to fill their GM vacancy, and many find it odd that the Texans are interviewing coaches without their new GM being onboard. The Texans have already interviewed Louis Riddick and Matt Bazirgan for their GM position.
Former #Bengals coach Marvin Lewis is expected to interview with the #Texans for their vacant head coaching job, per @MikeGarafolo and me. Lewis is currently on the coaching staff at Arizona State and will draw interest from other NFL teams, as well.

Was it the right call, or a move made out of desperation due to the early-season outfield situation? We dive into the context of the Kyle Tucker trade, the uncertainty surrounding the outfield to start the year, and whether Cam Smith was truly ready — or if the Astros may have rushed a top prospect before he was fully developed.
