Despite all the efforts to make football a safer game, concussions continue to be a big problem for college and NFL teams. One sport that the NFL is looking to learn from is rugby. Rugby provides the hard-hitting excitement that football fans love, but without all the head injuries. Proper tackling technique and not using a helmet allows rugby to be a physical game, but not put their players at risk for multiple concussions.
