Astros special assistant to the general manager, Enos Cabell, sits down to discuss the ways the Astros front-office changed when Jim Crane bought the team and hired Jeff Luhnow as the GM. The team wasn't driven by analytics before the change in ownership, and much of the success of the franchise is due to this switch in ideology.
