The Texans are going to have trouble overtaking the Jaguars and the Titans in the division because Houston hasn't improved the roster significantly in the offseason, and Jacksonville and Tennessee aren't going anywhere. Sure, the Texans added a few pieces in the draft and free agency, but so did the rest of the division.
