How O'Brien's ego painted the Texans into a dark corner

When Bill O'Brien traded away Jadeveon Clowney to the Seahawks in August, many of the Texans faithful already had some reservations.

Now with J.J. Watt out for the rest of the season with a pectoral injury, and with all the moves Houston made during this season, a spotlight is shining down on Bill O'Brien concerning some of the decisions the Texans have made with him at the wheel.

After the Carolina Panthers traded in front of the Texans to secure the No. 1 pick last week, many are now assuming the Texans are going to take either Bryce Young or CJ Stroud with the No.2 overall pick.

But before that trade was made, many believed Alabama edge rusher Will Anderson could be in play for the Texans. With that in mind, could the Texans swerve everyone on draft day and select Anderson?
