MAN WITH A PLAN
The New York Jets just handed Sauce Gardner the biggest contract ever given to a cornerback, a massive 4-year, $120.4 million deal. But what does that mean for the Houston Texans and Derek Stingley Jr.?
In this video, we break down the numbers, compare Stingley's 3-year, $90M deal, and explain why Texans GM Nick Caserio looks like an absolute genius right now. We also touch on what this means for the Nico Collins extension, why Caserio’s smarter deals are reshaping the NFL, and why Stingley might just be the better corner, on a better contract.
Be sure to watch as ESPN Houston's Jeremy Branham and Joel Blank weigh in!
