POINT BLANK PRESENTED BY FITZ ROOFING

The Astros front office may have a new plan for Verlander in 2020

Justin Verlander will be 37 years old when the 2020 season starts for the Astros, and he seemed to be a little tired when the playoffs came around this past year.

The Astros might be better off limiting some of Verlander's innings during the regular season, so that he can go deeper in playoff games in 2020.

ESPN 97.5's Joel Blank weighs in on how the Astros should manage Verlander this season, and much more. Point Blank is presented by Fitz Roofing.

With the MLB Winter Meetings in full swing, several rumors are starting to swirl about the Astros listening to offers for shortstop Carlos Correa.

Andy Martino of SNY reports the Mets and Astros have had discussions regarding Correa, but nothing seems serious at this point. That report was enough to get the attention of Carlos Correa who called GM Jeff Luhnow to find out if there's any truth to the rumors.

ESPN 97.5's Charlie Pallilo shares his thoughts on the possibility of Correa getting traded, if Josh Reddick could be involved in the deal, and much more.
