The Houston Astros have managed to pitch at a high level this season even with several injuries to the starting rotation. Two of the biggest reasons for this have to be Framber Valdez (2.16 ERA) and Cristian Javier (2.84 ERA).
While we expected them to have good seasons, they are arguably the best duo of starting pitchers in MLB right now. Can they keep it going, and do the Astros need some insurance considering the amount of injuries they have already sustained?
