Former Houston Texans coach David Culley was on OutKick 360 and shared a bold take about just how good Davis Mills can be as an NFL QB. Culley believes Mills has the ability to be a playoff QB, and said he was looking forward to having Mills at the helm this upcoming season before he was fired.
