Rich Eisen reacts to Mike Florio's ascertain that Texans president Jamey Rootes wanted out of Houston after ownership ignored the search committee's recommendation for the team's next general manager. According to PFT, there is a belief that Rootes was asked to stay in hopes of keeping the Texans from looking even more dysfunctional, like that's even possible.

Also, Eisen goes on to describe how he would approach the Texans about a Deshaun Watson trade if he was running a team looking for a QB. Check out the video to learn even more.
